It is a procedure applied by inserting a needle just above the upper edge of the pelvic bone while lying face down.

It can be applied from the right or left side depending on the location of the pain. If necessary, it can be applied to both sides in the same session.

This procedure is performed under operating room conditions, with all vital functions monitored, under sedation, and with imaging assistance using a scope device.
