The procedure is performed with the patient lying supine. After numbing the abdominal area with local anesthesia, a thick needle-shaped device is used for liposuction to extract a specific amount of the patient's fat tissue. Subsequently, this fat tissue undergoes centrifugation and filtration using specialized devices. Finally, the obtained stem cells are injected into the desired area using a syringe. The entire process is completed in a single session.

This procedure is carried out in operating room conditions, monitoring all vital functions, under sedation, and with the assistance of imaging, such as fluoroscopy.
